LeanCor Training Cancellation Policy

  • No credit or refund will be given for any class that is not cancelled by LeanCor. If a registered participant is unable to attend the course, a substitute is welcome to take their place or enrollment may be transferred to another available date within 1 year of the registered class date.
  • You may cancel your registration for a class up until 7 calendar days in advance of the beginning class date and apply credit to a future class within 1 year of the class date free of charge. Any cancelation or transfer made after 7 days prior to the beginning class date is subject to a $150 transfer fee per person.
  • In the event that it becomes necessary for LeanCor to cancel a scheduled training event LeanCor will contact students by telephone and e-mail if information is available to LeanCor, to arrange for training credit. Every effort will be made to reschedule a cancelled class or transfer registrants to a later date and an offer will be made to include up to 1 additional associate at a 50% discount at the time of the transfer. If LeanCor must cancel a training event a full refund in the amount of the training event price may be requested (Fees and service charges will not be refundable). LeanCor reserves the right to cancel any class up to 7 days prior to the class start date.
  • Course enrollment substitutions are acceptable any time prior to the course start date. All communications regarding substitutions, rescheduling of training, etc. must be scheduled through the LeanCor training coordinator prior to the class start date at training@leancor.com or 859-283-7596.
  • Class registrations are not confirmed until payment received in full.
