The Beginning and Purpose

LeanCor LLC was founded by Robert O. Martichenko and several partners. Robert has over a decade of transportation, consulting and third party logistics experience. This experience includes multiple operational launches; including the inbound logistics “green field” start up at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana.

LeanCor is established to help industry implement business excellence principles in the supply chain. Recognizing that not all companies have the volume and leverage of the large manufacturers, LeanCor designs, implements and manages Lean supply chain and Lean logistics networks for any size company.

LeanCor’s purpose is to deliver supply chain excellence.

Scope of Operations

LeanCor is headquartered in Burlington Kentucky, USA. From this Central Midwest location, LeanCor is able to directly support and service the significant and growing manufacturing base that stretches from Toronto Ontario to Atlanta Georgia.

LeanCor services also have a global reach.

LeanCor focuses on developing solutions with their customer base. This requires operational flexibility to go where the customer needs us to go. The solution dictates the geography and LeanCor will go where necessary to implement the right solution, at the right time, in the right place and at the right cost.

Services range from consultative strategy development to daily transportation and facility management. Together with the customer, LeanCor will design the solution and take ownership for results by implementing the operational aspects of the supply chain initiative.
