• Champion Training

  Duration: 2-5 Days

Students come out of this program with a vision and clearly defined projects to eliminating waste in the supply chain and logistics network.

• Point Kaizen Event

  Duration: Typically 1 Week
  Info: Results oriented, this event is action oriented problem specific event. In this event students learn the lean and six sigma tools that deal directly with the elimination of a problem and learn to build in quality at the source. The result is an implementation plan that starts the following Monday and a ROI upwards of 300%.

• Lean Six Sigma & Supply Chain Management Certificate

  Duration: 3 Days
  Info: Results oriented, this training is three days of proven advanced education. This professional development is designed for organizations that want to develop employees to be supply chain, logistics and problem solving experts. The participants complete rigorous training while developing an actual improvement project plan. The end result is an effectively developed cost reduction initiative to be completed immediately upon returning to the workplace .

• Green Belt & Black Belt for Logistics and Supply Chain Management

  Green Belt: Duration: 4 weeks online followed with 1 week in class
  Black Belt: Duration: Green Belt + additional 4 weeks online training and 1 week in class
