Englinx is a web based technology that further supports the lean supply chain. Focused on creating an optimized logistics network, Englinx enables:

Englinx works behind the scenes to provide a foundation for Weblinx and streamline processes of the lean supply chain. During the Plan stage, Englinx receives historic order requirements and integrates it with your order, packaging, and supplier data to create an ideal case, static plan for your logistics network. As we move into the Do stage of daily operations, Englinx will again receive order requirements from your system, but this time in real time and not a forecast. This information will then be compared to the static plan and opportunities to improve the system will be proactively identified. These opportunities, ranging from avoiding blowouts to changing a mode to adding a stop to a milk run to pulling a truck out of the system, will save you money each and every day. Once the design has been altered, carrier and supplier work instructions will be updated and distributed along with days route specs. Englinx will continue to provide value as we move into the Check/Adjust stage as by providing key dashboard inputs: logistics design performance, packaging and supplier data audits, and carrier and supplier performance and compliance.
