Robert Martichenko, CEO
Robert has over 15 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and lean strategy and implementation including the Greenfield start up of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana. Robert is a student and teacher of supply chain management, logistics, lean, and six sigma. As such, he is currently an instructor for global programs offered by the Lean Enterprise Institute, the John Cook School of Business at Saint Louis University, and the Georgia Tech Supply Chain & Logistics Institute. In addition to numerous published articles, Robert has authored the leadership book Success in 60 Seconds (Orlo Group, 2003) and lean primer Everything I Know About Lean I Learned in the First Grade (2008). He co-authored the logistics management book Lean Six Sigma Logistics (J. Ross Publishing, 2005) and the supply chain management workbook Building a Lean Fulfillment Stream (Lean Enterprise Institute, 2010). He sits on the editorial advisory board of Logistics Quarterly magazine and serves as an advisor on the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals educational strategies committee. Robert complements his experience with a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Windsor, an MBA in finance from Baker College, and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Kevin von Grabe, Vice President, Lean Deployment
Kevin joined LeanCor at its start in January of 2005. He is responsible for logistics engineering, transportation management, and comprehensive project management surrounding the operational launches of lean logistics initiatives. Kevin has focused his career on materials management, transportation, consulting, and third-party logistics with experience in the greenfield start ups of Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Indiana, Inc. in Princeton and Jabil Circuit in Hungary and China. He is the co-author of the supply chain management workbook Building a Lean Fulfillment Stream (Lean Enterprise Institute, 2010) and complements his experience with a bachelor's degree in logistics management from Central Michigan University.
Roger Pearce, Director, Lean Deployment
Roger joined LeanCor in February of 2007 and is responsible for the recommendation and implementation of lean fulfillment stream strategies into LeanCor's network of customers including the management of LeanCor's training & consulting teams. He has a strong background in lean logistics operations with experience that includes management and director level positions in supply chain, logistics engineering, transportation and route management, material handling (crossdocks, sequencing centers, and service parts operations), yard management, and fleet management. He has also worked extensively in procurement and supplier management. In these roles, Roger has worked with companies such as Toyota, General Motors, Suzuki, Yamaha, Emerson Electric, Bombardier Recreational Products, Kubota Manufacturing of America, Mark IV Automotive, and Standard Furniture. Roger has also led lean six sigma projects and facility start-ups, provided logistics network analysis, implemented supplier scorecard and measurement systems, and performed returnable packaging studies and process audits. Roger holds a bachelor's degree in logistics from Auburn University.
Erika Roberts, Director, Corporate Development
Erika joined LeanCor in June of 2007 and is responsible for managing all sales and marketing activities, defining and communicating the service model and core competencies, and strengthening the brand. In her career, she has initiated sales and marketing activities at several third-party logistics providers. Her responsibilities have included establishing and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders in target markets, utilizing sales-tracking tools and performance measures, and reporting market conditions for corporate planning. She has facilitated the completion of numerous RFQs, developed promotional materials and public relations programs, written sales and marketing plans, and organized high-profile corporate events. Erika also sits on the Board of Directors for the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. Her service includes overseeing conference registration, membership, and marketing committees. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Central Michigan University with a double major in marketing and logistics management and a lean manufacturing certification from Tech Solve.
