Lean in Logistics and the Supply Chain

LeanCor and The University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Services have partnered to present two educational workshops to help you re-think logistics and supply chain management to create maximum value at minimum total cost.

These workshops are designed to build attendee capability of applying lean, six sigma, and operational excellence theories, principles, and tools to supply chain and logistics functions. Participants will use this time to candidly discuss current challenges relative to their unique roles and responsibilities.
